Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the most advanced CNC machines that can perform a number of in-demand processes such as precision turning, internal and external thread cutting, and tapping. Four different chuck capacities include 8”, 10”, 12”, and 15” with a spindle capacity of up to 4.5”. These machining systems are ideal for working with many commercially available plastics, rubber, and metals, including precious and heat resistant alloys. Our equipment can also provide highly accurate turning diameters and turning lengths, making our services ideal for equipment used in the aerospace, biotech, electronic, packaging, and medical industries.
